HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

• We ship the parcel within 1 to 2 business days.
• The delivery process then takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location (allow 1 month for French overseas departments and territories).
•  (It sometimes takes 1 to 2 business days before the carrier updates the tracking information)
• Since the reform of July 1, 2021, customs fees may be charged to you. If this is the case, our team will contact you 48 hours before the receipt of your parcel.
• Once the parcel has been sent, only the transport company is responsible for it.
