We deliver worldwide securely and provide you with quality package tracking.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

• We ship the package in 1 to 2 business days.
• The delivery process then takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location (allow 1 month for French overseas departments and territories).
•  (It sometimes takes 1 to 2 business days before the carrier updates the tracking information)
• Since the reform of July 1, 2021, customs fees may be charged to you. If this is the case, our team will contact you 48 hours before you receive your package.
• Once the package is sent, only the shipping company is responsible for it.

DELIVERY FEES:

Delivery fees are a flat rate of €4.90 incl. VAT per order under €200. For orders over €200, delivery is free. These fees are clearly displayed in the order summary and are systematically brought to the customer's attention before the validation and payment of their order. The total price due by the customer, including the price of the items and delivery fees, is communicated to them before the final conclusion of the order.
