1) BEFORE making a return, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

The request must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date)
The item has never been washed or worn, it must be in its original condition.
The tags must be attached to the item.
Once the package has been sent to the address indicated below, you must send us proof of this shipment.

3) Return the desired items following the instructions given by our after-sales service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
