The item has never been washed or even worn; it must be in its original condition.
Tags must be attached to the item.
Once the package has been sent to the address indicated below, you must send us proof of this shipment.

3) Return the desired items by following the instructions given by our after-sales service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
